TOM WALSH Writer/Director
Tom Walsh is a professional editor, producer, director & motion graphic designer.
His commercial work includes projects for the BBC, AOL and Myspace with artists such as Kelis, Cee Lo Green, The Saturdays, The Faces, Pendulum, Bullet For My Valentine and Mystery Jets.
In 2004 Tom edited the feature length documentary What I did on my holidays…Ryan for Congress. A film about grass roots democracy in Ohio. The film was shown at festivals around the world and broadcast on TV in the US and Sweden.
Other credits include Co-Producer on Urban Apache Films’ The Candidate and Editor/Visual Effects on Red Dog Film’s Goodie.
The Wraith is his first short film as writer/director.
AMY NICHOLSON Art Director
Amy received a first class degree in Theatre Design at Nottingham Trent University, she has gone on to work as a theatre designer a musician and music therapist. She runs her own live art and performance company SHRUG.
Her short film credits include Art Direction on Urban Apache Films’ The Candidate and Red Dog Film’s Goodie.
PHILIP STEVENS Co-Producer
Philip trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and has worked as a professional actor for ten years. He also trained at the Lincoln University’s School of media in film production.
Philip’s directing credits include, critically acclaimed UK tours of A Midsummer Nights Dream, Macbeth, and Romeo and Juliet.
Short films include Northmen – nominated for the Polar film festival, Camera film festival, The British Society of Cinematographers New Cinematography Night and a Royal Television award for best fictional short. Mozart and Stravinsky, Greasepaint – Winner 2011 Royal Television award best fictional short in the Midlands area, The Candidate, as well as numerous experimental and commercial films. He is currently filming the book trailer for best selling historical author Giles Kristian’s new novel Odin’s Wolves.
Philip is the co-founder of Urban Apache Films.
